The Creative Process

What happens after I make a purchase?
After making a purchase the following will occur: 

  1. Within 24 hours I will send you an email with an attached Creative Brief and Contract.
  2. Please fill out the form(s). 
  3. Then forward the completed Creative Brief and signed Contract back to me
  4. I will review and sign the Creative Brief and Contract. 
  5. Then I will forward you an original copy with both our signatures.
  6. Next, I will create your Custom Illustration/Design Print or Package.
  7. If stated in the product description you will receive supportive materials included in The Artist Package.
  8. I will provide updates on my progress and together we will share feedback.
  9. Finally, when the project is complete, you'll receive a Print via snail mail or a Final Digital File(s) through the service you've chosen.

 Received upon FINAL payment.

 Received through Email or Dropbox.

What is a 50/50 PAY METHOD? / Why do I have to make two payments for a COMMISSION? 
All commissions are done under contract, and include the basic terms: 50%-50% payment structure.

  1. Your UP FRONT COST is 50% of the TOTAL price.
  2. The FINAL Payment is the LAST 50% left over.

I will only provide the Final Digital File(s) upon completion after the FINAL Payment has been fulfilled. You will receive the bill through a PayPal invoice.

Do I have to sign the contract?
Yes. To insure both parties (Artist and Collector) clearly state the work to be created, have an understanding and agreement of the terms, payment structure, visual references, supportive material, reproduction and exhibition rights. After we both sign the contract, you will be provided an original copy.

How long will it take for my project to be completed?

Can I make a RUSH order?
Yes. Rush orders are welcomed, however, please fill out the CONTACT form to confirm the deadline date with me !! BEFORE !! placing the order.
